I am not anti dinner. I am not telling anybody to cancel their Netflix account. There is a difference between valuable downtime and a rut you have been sitting in for years.

I know the inside of that one. There was a time I fundamentally believed I did not deserve the best out of life. Cleveland, Ohio, warehouse guy at a furniture store, living in a room of somebody else's house and knowing I did not belong there. Those nights out were not downtime. They were escape.
